| Minimum Qualifications |
- MBA, Bachelor of Commerce or other Business Degree
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience working with Business Subject Matter Experts on large or strategic projects
- Experience developing key artifacts including Business Scope, Business Solutions Strategy, Fact Models and Glossary of Terms, Process Maps, Business Rules, Feature Grids
- Strong facilitation skills with proven experience developing, organizing and facilitating working sessions

| Desired Skills and Experience |
- Detail-oriented with exceptional interviewing and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Business process design experience
- Experience creating workflow diagrams, business rules and process flows
- Experience producing deliverables and documentation
