Key Accountabilities
- Assess current situation, including the business challenges and opportunities to be addressed
- Develop strategies for change in order to realize business objectives
- Key deliverables may include strategic plans, change management plans, business cases, organizational change plans, business process engineering

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Ability to work at senior levels to understand needs and align deliverables to expectations
- Structured problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Exceptional interviewing and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to influence and motivate team members
- High integrity, is fully accountable, and demonstrates professionalism

| Desired Skills and Experience |
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Management Consulting
- Government or large corporate client experience is preferred
- Self-motivated, innovative and ability to work within ambiguous work environments
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work collaboratively and foster strong teamwork
- Proficiency in interpersonal and personal skills
- Proficiency with consulting tools and techniques such as SWOT analysis, PEST, Force Field Analysis, Scenario Planning, 6 Thinking Hats
- Sound financial management principles
- Solid understanding of project management discipline
- Designation as a Certified Management Consultant is an asset
