| Minimum Qualifications |
- 10 years experience in the IT Industry
- Proven ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a project
- Hands on experience developing and maintaining Project Charters and Project Plans
- Experience developing and managing project timelines, schedules and budget
- Excellent problem solving skills with a proven ability to manage and mitigate project risks
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to successfully manage client and stakeholder relationships

| Desired Skills and Experience |
- Government or large corporate client experience
- Solid background on muli-stakeholder complex implementation projects
- Full software development life cycle experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
