| Minimum Qualifications |
- Experience with systems analysis methodologies and tools
- Ability to analyze user requirements and provide design modification solutions
- Ability to design and create reports as needed from databases
- Experienced at creating detailed and professional documents
- Experience in the preparation of cost and time scale estimates and plans for customer requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
