- Detail-oriented with exceptional interviewing and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Creating workflow diagrams, business rules and process flows
- Data conversion (mapping, data cleansing, data integrity)
- Application integration
- Creating business cases
- UML, Use Cases, Modeling
- Leading JAD sessions and workshops
- Producing deliverables and documentation
