Overview
Quartech has provided information systems consulting services since 2003 to
Psion Teklogix for project delivery of their wireless solutions.
Background
For over three decades, companies around the world from a broad range of
industries have turned to Psion Teklogix for expertise in providing mobile

date, Psion Teklogix has installed wireless systems in more than 60 countries
around the world. Psion Teklogix is a reliable source for providing fully
integrated mobile computing solutions that include rugged hardware, secure
wireless networks, robust software, professional services and exceptional
support programs.
Psion Teklogix offers extensive industry experience and proven results in
providing mobile computing solutions for customers in a wide variety of
markets: Airports, Automotive, Cold Chain, Field Service, Government,
Ports/Container Yards, Transportation, Warehousing and Distribution, and other
markets.
Psion Teklogix' focus on SAP business applications has established them as an
industry leader in wireless data collection for customers with the mySAP.comT
e-business platform. Psion Teklogix has also also developed a strong core
competency in the area of network integration, and is able to offer a
comprehensive suite of professional services for the delivery of wireless local
area network (WLAN) and Wi-Fi solutions into enterprise settings.
Quartech's Role
For the wireless solutions, Quartech's responsibilities have included
systems analysis and software development. Quartech has worked closely with
Teklogix's technical architect and software developers in a team environment.
Psion Teklogix is working on a new product offering of mobile computing and
Quartech is assisting them with this product. The wireless solutions have
included .Net and Windows CE technologies.
Quartech has also provided SAP ABAP developers for creating system interfaces
between Teklogix solutions and SAP technologies. This SAP work included system
design, development, and testing.
Quartech has also assisted Psion Teklogix's infrastructure team with migration
to Microsoft Server 2003.
