PeopleSoft Project Manager

Quartech is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager for a short term project.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• 5 years project management experience, preferably with experience managing PeopleSoft implementations.
• Experience gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements and information from key business areas.
• Experience leading an interdisciplinary team of technical and business resources effectively.
• Experience working with, communicating to, and making formal presentations and recommendation to senior management within a large organization.
• Experience developing and implementing projects and business process initiatives designed to improve efficiencies.
• Knowledge of standard MS Office tools including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:

• Submit a report on alternative strategies for delivering a PeopleSoft upgrade.
• Prepare a Project Charter.
• Prepare a Work Breakdown Structure.
• Prepare a Project Schedule.
• Prepare a Resource Management Plan.
• Prepare a Project Budget Estimate.
• Prepare a Stakeholder Management and Communications Plan.
• Prepare a Risk Management Plan.
• Prepare other project planning documentation identified as necessary.
