Technical Architect - System Business Analyst

Quartech Systems Ltd. is looking to interview a Technical Architect - System Business Analyst for an upcoming contract opportunity in Alberta.

Mandatory requirements

• Thorough understanding of Curam's technical architecture for v5.x for the Curam Enterprise Framework and both Curam Enterprise and Solution modules.
• Extensive background and experience with technical implementations of Curam-based solutions including:
  • Expertise in public sector IT environments;
  • Large integrated complex multi-stakeholder projects;
  • Good working knowledge of the relevant types of testing (functional, conversion, regression, interface/batch, user acceptance, performance and dry run of implementation, etc.).
• Proven technical, professional, and business knowledge required to provide senior level advice and technical guidance for the gap analysis, design, development testing, and implementation process.
• Experience in software development life cycles, application release management and software development methodologies.
• Experience in working with the implementation of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and/or framework products implementations.
• Excellent communication skills relating to managing a diverse set of individuals who are part of the project team.
• Experience and/or an understanding of the core functionality and associated business programs and services of Human Services.
