Microsoft technologies including .Net and Visual Basic, or Java/J2EE, Oracle,
and Sun technologies. Quartech follows a tailorable UML approach to designing
these n-Tier applications. We are experienced in using modelling tools such as
Rational, Platinum, and Oracle.
